I Have The Feeling I Should... Implode!
I wonder if I can convince Nu to use this as her signature - "All life begins with Nu and ends with Nu... This is the truth! This is my belief. At least for now..." - it's a line from Chrono Trigger.

It occurs to me that it's been forever and a day since I've actually sat down at this little blogging board and seriously put forwards any of my ideas. Mostly these days I just bitch. It occurs to me that these days, I don' seem to hae as many original thoughts. Hell, these days I can't even speak English properly. I can't seam to form proper sentences to express my thoughts at any given time. And the typo imp has well and truely made me his bitch, and is currently jumping up and down on my keyboard like some crazed... well, imp. Im's are like little girls and butterflies. They don't need reasons.

That's an idea I've had for a while that I'll have to draw. A picture of Rowan to the saying 'Little girls, like butterflies, don't need a reason'. I was reading some of my old posts again today, and read some of my old ideas. Some of them are still good - I still want to do the poster with Bran, Starr and Angel, for example. I may work on that once I've finished the Yuri and Haku pictures (I haven't even STARTED on the Haku fanart -_- I'm so lame). Also have some Bran and Necro pictures I wanna do soon. And I wanna continue my spate of present giving, because it's nice to be apreciated, and I think it's time I did some apreciating, ja?

I should head to bed methinks. I may post moe tomorrow while I use my three hour break in a constructive way that does not involve drawing. Uni comes first, drawing comes seccond. And stuff I do for Other People comes before Me stuff. It's the priority grid. Uni is Stuff I Do For Other People AND Uni (well duh) so it comes first ^_^ I feel like adding some quotes now. Heat + Flu + Caffiene = ?
Apparently, A very unhappy Washi. First attack I've had in ages happened yesterday, and this one was definitely both a faster and a stronger heartbeat. Yes, I'm writing this down here so that I can go back and check to see when it happened, since this one was pretty severe. It's been a while since I've had an attack that knocked me out so heavilly O_O Personally, I blame the above equation for it, since I've been attack-free for months now.

That said, Nu's party was fun ^_^ I danced. That's all I really need to have a good time ^_^

And now I will go panic horribly over uni assignments.

Washi books
A quick blog, before I get on to what I'm supposed to be doing. And while I wait for the lines to die down somewhat.

For the last 40 minutes, the power was out all over the campus. I was working on a group assignment at the tim it cut out - there's nothing like that moment of blank incomprehension you get just as the power goes out and the monitor goes black. Obviously, being that we were in a practical, we all sat around dumbly for a few moments, at least grateful that the air conditioning had been turned off and we were no longer freezing our arses off.

After 10 or so minutes of waiting, by which time most people had already vanished, I decided it was time to do the only thing I really had to do at Uni that didn't involve a computer. Get my reader for one of my courses.

At least, I THOUGHT it didn't require a computer. They moved the location at which they were selling readers to the Kaf, and were not going to start selling them again until the power came back.

There went that idea. The Kaf itself was closed too, so no purchasing junk-food to keep me occupied. So I came back here and hung around for a while, before deciding there was nowhere to sit out here and trecking up to the library. I'd just made myself comfortable when we were informed that, as the power had been off for 40 minutes and they had no idea when it would be back, the library would be closing. Books could still be borrowed manually. We really do seem to be that reliant on the air conditioning system. It's rather... Sad, really.

So I drifted about campus, like a lot of the other students, waiting for the power to come back so that we could go to our lectures or do our assignments or eat our junkfood - basically, so that uni life could return to normal.

Frightning how a power outage on a hot day can completely stop the entire campus.

Well, half the campus. The builings on te other side of the campus were unaffected.

Yeah... I'm back at Uni allright -_-

Okay, now to go wait in a line for a while.
