It's spring in the land down under. The world sits on the verge of war. Australia is aproacing an economic crisis. Thousands are out of work, Thousands are dead, and my father was stranded in Sydney for a day while me and my brother were home alone.
And you DON'T believe we're on the eve of destruction?
What can I say, Earth's a tough old bitch and humanity is as hard to destroy as the common cold (Yes, we're viral. You gonna try denying it?)
I just realised how angry that last part sounded. I'm not really. I'm just a goober :Þ.
My cousin had his 18th birthday recently. Not an overly grand thing, but it strikes me as note worthy.
Happy Birthday Michiru ^_^
Man have I been all over the place. Right now, I'm so tired... Seventeen sure does suck ass ^_^
Enough swearing. There was something I was suposed to say... but I forget. Don't you hate that?
Report cards go home tomorow. My parent's aren't going to be happy with mine. Gosh, I'm not getting strait A's. Whatever could be wrong with me?
I already know the answer to that, I just can't bring myself to care. Meanwhile, I have an english essay to work on. Interperative Study. Comparing 'Flowers for Algernon', 'Gattaca' and 'The Silent Piano'. Work that one out ^_^
Here's a little bit from the silent piano-

I am reminded of a story
Camus tells, of a man in prison camp.

He had carved a piano keyboard
With a nail on a piece of wood.

And sat there playing the piano.
This music was made entirely of silence.
